McDonald's — Restaurant in Wyoming

First off, reading some of the reviews that other people have put. Most are good but some bad, and for those that are bad I would like to say and rant a bit to you because I work there. 1 I read a review from someone saying that the fries tasted like fish oil... that is not even possible the fries are not even near the fish oil and the rack we deep fry them in is completely different from the fish rack we use in a completely different area in the store so just saying. 2 someone said that the store employees extremely rude and that they left before they even ordered. That is by all means so not true! We all work there at our best to come to you with your needs of our products we provide and yes I'm sorry we may forget few things or not notice that your standing there waiting because you want an order but please take in mind we do our best and work very hard and it is not easy, I am a cook and cashier there mainly cook and it is tough to keep food ready for numerous orders coming in every minute of the day so yes we do get distracted some times and may not notice when your ready to order but for you to say we are disrespectful is wrong in all ways. Worked at this McDonald’s and I warn others not to ever eat food from here, workers are rude and disgusting people, no personal hygiene rules are followed, toxic work environment, they sabotage customers food, un hygienic practices. Very very poor management. Low quality food. Rude staff. You get better service at an inner city McDonald’s than this place trust me this place is disgusting. They serve old food that’s been sitting in their holders all day and the management treats their staff like garbage. Stop spending your money here you’re better going to North Branch or the Forest Lake location. Like I said I’ve worked here and I have witnessed employees serve food that has been on the floor etc, very unhygienic and managers just don’t care, allow bullying and abuse in work environment, place should be shut down. It’s a shame but it’s the truth. If they got rid of all staff and rehired place...

I am absolutely disappointed in this locations performance. No matter what time of day or how big or small my order is. We are told to pull up and wait for a very long period of time. (Multiple cars as well). This is FAST food. I have sought out advice from previous fast food workers and this locations performance is NOT normal.

This location has had multiple upgrades over the years to the point its the most modern looking in the area, but with the constant hiring events. I wonder what is going on with management to make employees not want to stay with the company? This location should focus on its staff, not with how pretty it looks.

Even after waiting all that time for my food this afternoon, I still received no napkins.
