My husband and I got married at the Gravity Haus/Wild Pine on June 15th, 2025 and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with them—they were both absolute highlights of our wedding day and made everything feel seamless, thoughtful, and incredibly special.
Wild Pine: The food was phenomenal. My husband and I were blown away by how delicious everything was, and we weren’t the only ones—multiple guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Russell, the chef, and his team absolutely crushed it.
One moment that really stuck with me was when I asked about the possibility of huckleberry margaritas. Without hesitation, Russell went out and got fresh huckleberries and everything needed to make them happen. I found this out during our venue walkthrough when we arrived in town, and it made me so happy—it’s that kind of thoughtfulness and dedication that reassured us we were in the best hands. And we absolutely were.
The service was top-tier—far beyond what we expected. The bartenders didn’t just wait behind the bar; they brought drinks to our guests, asking what they wanted and ensuring everyone was taken care of. Duck, our bartender, was incredible. I received several compliments about how kind, accommodating, and attentive he was throughout the evening. The entire Wild Pine team truly went...

I love salads so we swapped meals. There was no caeser dressing on it whatsoever so it was just plain lettuce. We paid in full and topped 20% but upon leaving my husband told the waiter about the steak and he said he had noticed how well done and dry he thought it looked too. I just feel he should’ve offered to correct it or compensate before we said anything since he had noticed it when delivering the food.
We ended up leaving hungry and...

Service is great though still in training (had a few mistakes here and there - eg timing of my soup with dinner but it came out as an app). Food is fine though limited menu. Cookie skillet dessert was amazing, but for the lack of dessert wine (of any sort - which I’m sure they will rectify with time). Ambience is OK … hotel lobby but chic, huge windows so drafty; music was all over the place, at one point they were playing the unedited version of D12’s purple hills (love the song but not appropriate for setting). Overall 3.5 but rounding up to 4 for hopes they get with it after opening...
