Multiple problems with this place. One star out of five. There are just so many frustrating issues about this place with regards to its quality, service, and sheer logic of how to run a business, that I would strongly recommend that everyone looking for a meal should definitely NOT come to or order food from this restaurant.
We placed an order for pickup, and the worker on the other end of the line was unable to give us an estimate for the cost of our order. When pressed for why someone working at a restaurant would be unable to give us even a ballpark approximation for the price of an order of food, the worker was unable to give an explanation. Either the restaurant hired workers who can’t figure out how to add up the prices of orders on a calculator, or the restaurant has a super duper opaque pricing system that somehow precludes its staff from figuring out the sum of a bill. Whichever one of these is true, both are unacceptable.
A mandatory 22% “carry-out fee” was applied to our bill, despite this mandatory fee not appearing anywhere on the website and this mandatory fee never having been mentioned at all by any restaurant workers when placing this order on the phone. While we understand that businesses are free to apply whatever mandatory fees and/or surcharges that they wish, this particular restaurant did not disclose this particular mandatory 22% “carry-out fee” until we literally arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food. This type of underhanded tactic is shady and demonstrative of a business that is not forthcoming.
The food quality here is meh; nothing special, nothing horrible. But let me make this clear: there is absolutely zero reason for anyone to ever come here for food, because the other aspects of running a business (openness, customer service, hospitality) are entirely absent. I would strong advise against anyone from ever giving this restaurant...
Read moreCorsa is a super nice restaurant, but not pretentious. I didn’t pack any dress clothes and wore my nice Alo athlesuire fit there because that’s all I had with me. I wasn’t expecting to dine anywhere nice while visiting. The food was amazing, especially that shrimp toast. It even tasted good cold the next morning, then we went back the next night for more! The cornbread was good, but not a true southern corn bread. The whipped ricotta was great and the bread was perfect. It was a good combination of savory and sweet. The pasta alla vodka was pretty great and I would recommend that over the pizza. We got a side of garlic green beans, which I also recommend if you’re into greeen beans. Our waitress, Casey, made our night. She was welcoming, gave us the best recommendations and coursed everything out perfectly. She put so much thought into each course and what would be better to keep for the next day. At the end of dinner, she gave me a list of recommendations of places to shop, trails worth hiking, and her favorite spots in town. I would come back to Corsa just to hang out Casey again, she was that amazing of a person. If you’re in Jackson Hole, I highly recommend this 10/10 restaurant and...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Corsa Restaurant was so remarkable that I felt compelled to share it. Arriving in Teton Village around 10:30 PM, I found that almost every restaurant was closed, leaving me quite hungry and a bit frustrated. Luckily, I stumbled upon Corsa.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a lovely lady named Marcella. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but her genuine kindness and eagerness to help put me at ease. Without hesitation, she welcomed me in and quickly prepared a dish for me, understanding my hunger after a long day.
The food was nothing short of incredible. Each bite was filled with flavor and care, making me feel like I was enjoying a meal at my mother’s kitchen. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, adding to the overall experience.
Bravo to Marcella and the entire team at Corsa! Your hospitality and delicious food truly made my night. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be...
