Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Wyomissing

Ladies working there were nice but the one man that was there was incredibly rude. Yelled at my friend , took her three dollars cash, and when her card declined, he refused to cancel the order then was accusing her of trying to steal. Yelled at all three of us in front of other customers and sent my friend into a panic attack. And when we went to pick up the order, he was still yelling and was demanding we go get our friend that walked away in tears. Treated all three of us horribly but was sweet and kind to all other customers. We couldn’t even stay at the mall comfortably and just left the mall. Berkshire mall is dead...

I gave them 3 stars, because the employee was courteous and polite that took our orders, but my pretzel nuggets were dry and didn't have enough cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on them. Also, I asked for a mango flavored float drink. The syrup was all the way to the bottom. I was instructed to shake my drink for the syrup to mix in the float properly. I did shake it. Let's just say, that didn't work at all and I kept getting a mouth full of syrup. Won't be going...

Crowded staff working within close quarters. Did nothing to prevent guests from crowding me and my OPEN food container. When I asked the worker to tell everyone to back up he nervously chuckled and DID NOTHING! WORST...
