San's Sushi Poke Ramen (No-2) — Restaurant in Wyomissing

I've come to San's many times before and have enjoyed it greatly. Today I went with family and the group was sizable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to each of our orders. They made sure to read off everything to us to make sure the orders were right. The sushi is made fresh and plated beautifully. Then the ramen itself is very flavorful. I had the shrimp tonkotsu, The ramen is served hot and the noodles are springy and have a wonderful bite to them. The soft boiled egg has a creamy decitant yolk and the rest of the toppings pair nicely with the noodles and broth. And the teas, their regular fruit teas are very refreshing and the milk teas are smooth and creamy. I'm always looking for places to try for my lunch breaks and prefer to support the local eats! I decided to give San's on State Hill, RD a try last month. I ordered take out at the restaurant since I wanted to pay cash and their online ordering doesn't give an option to pay in store. It was delicious although the wait was a little longer than I anticipated, but it was no fault of theirs since they were filling a lot of online orders for Dash, Uber etc. I tried them for the second time and ordered online and my wait was minimal.
