Wendy's — Restaurant in Wytheville

FIRST TIME BACK SINCE THEY OPENED THE LOBBY BACK UP.I ASK IF THEY HAD ANY BAKE POTATOES AND HOW OLD HAD THEY BEEN IN THE OVEN.BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I ASK FOR ONE & GOT IT HOME TO OPEN IT UP AND EAT IT WAS BLACK AS TAR AND ROTTEN...I CALLED YOU BACK AND I WAS TOLD TOUGH WE DON'T HAVE ANYMORE. THAT ONE HAD BEEN SITTING THERE ALL DAY APPARENTLY AS BLACK AS IT WAS INSIDE...I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO WASTE ON A EXPENSIVE POTATO CAN I EXPECT TO BE GOOD WHAT DOES CHEESE ON IT. I ASKED FOR BETTER AND EXTRA CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM AND I NEVER GOT THAT EITHER... SO THIS TIME WE CAME IN TO EAT AND THEY ONLY HAD 2 BAKE POTATOES AND THAT WAS ALL.. MY SON GOT THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WHICH WAS A PIECE OF FLATMATE ON A BUN WITH A COUPLE PICKLES. I GOT THE SINGLE CHEESE WITH MUSTARD, MAYONNAISE AND ONIONS.. IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.. THE GIRL UP FRONT THAT WAITED ON US WAS NICE BUT THE GUY MAKING THE POTATOES WAS NOT.. THE GIRL TOLD HIM TO ADD EXTRA CHEESE BECAUSE THEY HAD RUN OUT OF SHREDDED CHEESE.. HE SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO AND WE HAD VERY LITTLE CHEESE ON THE POTATO.. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THEY NEED TO START LEAVING MORE POTATOES IN THE OVEN I'M NOT MAKING BLACK TO WHERE THEY'RE DECENT TO EAT. IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE TO EAT OUT NOW AND HAD BAD FOOD IN THE PROCESS.. IF THEY DO SORRY TO FIX BAKED POTATOES THEN THEY NEED TO...

Always good burgers only ( fast food national chain ) place I like or trust but service usually issue hardly clean ever and my biggest gripe I that the stoped serving real grilled chicken of any kind except if you get a salad and when you get thier salad thier always treaded and can't ask for anything you don't want or can't have on them but that's typical of chain restaurants for years but bring back health options like whole grilled chicken breast and need better healthier dressings to much sugar in dressings and they as well as all chain restaurants even some how are putting sugar in salads to avoid what real taste or are masking freshness 😔 but still enjoy thier burgers and fries when ive got a taste for them until that like every other place (chains especially) and I like options for getting a baked potato but it's aways hit or mi@ with that usually put in steamer and either over Cooked or left in steamer for the day or maybe more wish thed fix that as well miss when Dave was around cause he'd never allow things to be the way they are and all you se is advertising for thier strawberry shakes how about fixing and living up to what Dave believed in real good...

Now THIS is a Wendy's. I have not seen service like this since Dave Thomas was alive. I made my order online and went to the store. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted. My food was served right away. The real surprise was when I made it back to my destination. The food was so fresh. I mean very fresh. The fries almost had a buttery flavor to them and they were so crisp. Oh my god. Now let's talk about that burger. Someone outdid themselves. Rarely do I get a burger that looks like the picture, but this one...it was damn close. And the taste, my word. The taste was amazing. The beef was perfectly seasoned, the lettuce was very crisp and fresh, and the tomato was the best example of farm fresh I have ever tasted from a fast food chain. Usually the tomato is tasteless but not this time. The affect of the crew was friendly and professional, the interior appeared to be clean and well maintained as well as the exterior. ...
