I came in today at 3:10pm. I was looking for a few items to purchase, however, I was not acknowledged at all. No hello, no how are you doing? I felt invisible and not sure why.

They can check the cameras if they have any and see that I entered from the west side of the building, walked through passing the desks. Next I went into the middle area heading to the beds and finally all the way to the back.

Lastly, I walked the same way back and walked out the same door I came in. For some reason I was invisible and customer service...

Simmons bed needed to be replaced after about a years use. Original cost about 2200 dollars. The store replaced the mattress, but did not agree to replace a failed platform/box spring. They were willing to sell us a new box spring/platform for about 250.00. We have the same exact bed at our summer home where we have not had any problems. The salesman kept implying someone must have been in our Yakima home during the time we were at our summer home. No one was in our home...

Do not buy furniture from them it breaks after a few years. My recliners broke in the same place a year apart from each other after it was out of warranty. They want the freight charge up front before they charge you to come out and fix it. The total comes out to about as much as a new recliner. The recliner BOGO is a scam.
