Disappointing experience. We were visiting the casino and, since Ruth’s Chris had a two-hour wait, we tried this local spot. We’ll wait for Ruth’s Chris next time.

We were seated immediately, which was great—but our food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, my filet—ordered medium—was well-done. My husband’s was cooked correctly. I sent mine back and waited another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, my fries were returned long before the steak, so I had to eat everything separately. The steak also didn’t taste like a true filet; the cut quality was disappointing, especially at $50.

When we asked about some consideration for the delays and the overcooked steak, the manager offered dessert but without much empathy or apology. For a $116 check, we expected a sincere acknowledgement and a modest adjustment (even removing soft drinks or a small discount). As someone who managed restaurants for years, I always made sure guests left feeling taken care of—that’s how you earn repeat business.

We won’t be returning, but I hope the owner sees this and addresses the long ticket times, food quality control, and guest recovery. A genuine apology and a small accommodation would have made all...

My wife and I decided to give this place another chance after they rebranded after the stealing customer CC info incidents (don’t worry, brought cash this time of course). Got seated after waiting a couple of minutes at the front and noticed there were only 2 other parties in the store. The guy seated us directly next to the big party (so we were sharing a booth seat with them) and I simply asked to be sat somewhere else. He obliged but then took us over next to the literal only other customers and did the same thing, sitting us directly beside them. Whatever, we just cared mostly about the food anyways. Start looking at the menu and the prices are extremely high across the board. $70 for a steak can sometimes make sense, but not with the slow depressing atmosphere. But whatever again, we just wanted to see how good the food was. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no one coming to even get our drink order. One waiter was bouncing around to the other 2 tables that had customers, but never even spoke to us even though we were awkwardly sat by the table he was helping. Ended up just getting up and leaving. All I have to say is, this place is going to fail...

Me and my husband went there for our anniversary dinner. When we first got there we had a 20 minute wait for a table with no line or anyone else waiting and only a handfulof customers dining. That was ok though we waited. Got seated the waitress staff is not friendly at all, our waitress never even refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything. Our food was served cold the mash potatoes seemed like they came out of the refrigerator and wasn't warmed at all, none of the food had any flavor what so ever. The whole experience at this restaurant was bad. Very disappointed for the price we paid, even if the food wasn't good, the wait staff and employees should have stepped up their service and personality. Make your guest feel wecomed! minus the fact we seen two employees snap at each other from our table. We own a business even though its not food related i know that experience will bring your customers back at least to try you again.
