I came because I needed some tools to change the oil on my motorcycle while on vacation. I rode my bike here, walked in with my backpack on. Mind you my backpack was over both shoulders and buckled around my check. So it's not easy getting it off. Old dude at the counter said sir you need to leave your pack behind the counter. Nobody's business but I had 6 grand in cash and tools in my backpack. I really don't wanna leave it laying. I took my money out and left it behind the counter because I really needed a socket. Meanwhile a woman and her husband walks in and she has a big pocket book across her shoulder and he says nothing to her. I understand the concept of no backpacks. But don't be bias and I ended up spending 175$ in the store. If I'm gonna steal something. It'll take more work trying to get my backpack off then it would a woman sticking something in her pocket book. Manager refused to get on phone and told the lady that I will have to wait till next week because he forgot to order it. So I called customer service and while I was on the phone on hold they cancelled the order and told me I would have to reorder it but would have to wait 7 to 10 days before I would get my money back from the original purchase. Why not expedite the order because it was damaged. Will never shop...
