Every February I look forward to the limited time Valentine's brownie batter donuts....I'm so disappointed that Dunkin discontinued them this year. Why??? So I conceded and purchased 11 of the new brownie batter and cookie dough donuts. Only got 11 because they didn't have 12 so had to throw in 1 heart shaped Boston cream. Went thru the drive through. I never do that and won't do that again. After arriving home I opened the box trying to be excited for this paradigm shift.... well bubble bursted. Of the 11 donuts, 7 looked fairly uniformed to each other in size, shape, and topping. The other 4 looked different than the 7, but similar to each other. So I had to try one. For the first bite I wasn't really expecting to get any filling. Good thing. I didn't. That bite of donut wasn't worth the energy it took to chew through the staleness. Lol. There was very little filling in the entire donut, maybe 3 small center bites worth. And stale. Like they had been sitting since first bake. Also I'm not sure what shape they were attempting, but all 11 cookie dough brownie batter donuts looked like squished squares. And it cost nearly$13 for a dozen. I won't say I wasn't really disappointed. But I will say thank goodness for 20's something males who of course eat...
Read moreNormally I love Dunkin, and would always give a five-star review but in this case I'm giving a one-star as I picked up a dozen donuts yesterday two of them ended up with mold on them, I returned them and the young lady that was working was very awesome and was quick to replace them for me and called a manager since one had not been there at the time.... She send a picture to her and explain the situation what upset me was that the manager argued with the girl and told her it wasn't mold it was something from the bag but it was clearly mold!! Everyone standing around agreed that it was definitely mold. I worked in the restaurant industry for 27 years I know mold when I see it on food lol. It was just a disappointing that management would cover it up instead of just owning it. I was given two more donuts in place of it but I thought that was kind of poor that the manager didn't go to better means to make it right. The young lady taking care of me however was amazing and I could tell she felt bad and knew that it was wrong that it was being brushed off as something else. To whomever that young lady was thank you for just owning up to it because I would much rather that than excuses of something other...
Read moreThis Dunkin location is probably the worst of them yet. I understand being short-staffed, but that is absolutely no excuse for not reading or making orders correctly. I've given this location plenty of chances of making my drink order correctly and each time, I leave upset and unenthused. In the past I've ordered coffees and it is so obvious that the coffee is old or over brewed. Today, I ordered a large iced matcha and asked for the ice on the side. They gave me enough of the cold matcha mix to fit into a small cup, with no ice. I then asked for a side cup of ice, the ice that they gave me didn't even come close to filling up the large cup. As a server, this is absolutely ridiculous and you're literally being charged $3 for ice and $2 for matcha. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going to this location EVER again and might even start boycotting...
