Dunkin' — Restaurant in Yorkville

Apparently nobody at Petro even reads these ( wow what a shocker that a truck stop doesn't care about their customers)

Am shift at 6 am cashier ignored me for 10 minutes without even a ' be with you in a minute!' and tries to take the order of the next customer instead of me . She and her coworker were just making orders and ignoring the register . 2 more staff came in at 6 and that's when I got service.

Terrible customer service. I'll never use any of the Willkoms offerings. Charging $11.69 for a pack of Marlboros..

And that cashier couldn't even be bothered to speak .

I hope it takes you years to pay off the multi million dollars renovations .

No idea how you've been able to finance it. Oh wait, overcharging for EVERYTHING FOR DECADES.

i went thru the drive thru with my man, ordered food and drink…..lady with purple hair took our order…..i was extremely rushed with my order and when i was ordering food i felt like it was doing the wrong thing by ordering food???? very very rude. was told to pull forward abruptly when i was even done with my order….lastly, my order was completely wrong and they gave me someone else’s food…..also….please tell your employees to wear bras…..or at...

This is by far my most favorite dunkin location in the whole country! My order is always perfect, the staff always goes above and beyond and is the most friendly ever! Any time I can get close to a dunkin with a semi, I'm happy, but this one actually takes the rewards like a regular dunkin location (a lot that are attached to truck stops do not 😪) It's so nice to be able to oder through the app and have my order ready by the...
