Wendy's — Restaurant in Yorkville

Worst experience ever. First of all, the person taking our order (we went thru drive-thru) repeated our order several times only to then ask us to drive up because she couldn't hear us. There was only one car in front of us yet we waited like 5 minutes for it to drive away. When we got to the window, a girl.comes to the window and confirms "which order is ours" which we tell her Again and she tells us "ok, I'm going to go make it now" 🤨🤨. Then, the original order taker comes to the window and, again confirms our order. Then she asks us for the 3rd time what kind of sauce we need.Then she tells us it's going to take 5 minutes for them to make our food. She then tells us to pull forward so we can wait for the food. Then she tells us to wait so we can pay. Then she asks us again what kind is sauce we need again. 😳 We pull forward and wait. 5 minutes go by and she comes out empty-handed and asks us for our receipt, she explains that since she didnt take our order she doesn't know what it was. We give her our receipt. We wait for another 5 minutes until my brothers decides to walk inside cancel the order. He finally comes back to the car 5 minutes later with our food. Now here's the kicker, the food was cold. After ALL that, we could've gone to a sit-down restaurant and been done sooner than waiting at...

Food is good. Counter people are friendly. They make A LOT of mistakes though. Last time they tried to give us 2 sodas when we only ordered 1. They gave us 1 fry when we ordered 2. The double cheeseburger had no cheese. My chicken sandwich had no lettuce when I requested extra. It was odd...the last time I was there every customer around me sent their food back for being incorrect. The lady making food just started yelling out to customers what they want on their food. I had to litterally tell her to read the computer as it was not my food. If we use a kiosk and enter every single item we want or dont want, the least they could do is read it. I'm not 100% sure she was capable of reading. Ketchup pump was broken causing customers to wait in line to ask for packets. Ice on the soda machine on the left was not working. There were at least 10 high school kids just loudly hanging out...most were not eating. I like the food and the coupons on the app, but this place has got...

I had a terrible experience here. Came in to order a little after 12:30pm. Waited in line for like 20 minutes (there were only 3 people in front of me). Finally order just before 1pm. Waited until 1:15pm to complain that we hadn't gotten our food yet. They claimed that their machine erased our order. False because someone has to purposefully dismiss an order for it to disappear (who as a fast food worker, and you'll know). Finally got our food at 1:30pm. Everyone else who ordered before us had to come back because their order had been messed up. Double checked my order, and then left because I was too frustrated to wait around for them to fix my order. Never coming back here. This was absolutely ridiculous. Anyone who came in after us, I told them what was happening. A minimum of 10 people left when I told them the story of our wait. It was awful. Don't come to this restaurant. It will take forever to get your order, and that's hoping that...
