A & C Beverage — Restaurant in Youngstown

This is the only place close to me that has a strong selection of single malt scotches. I'm drinking a Laphroaig 10 year that I purchased recently from there as I type this. It rivals many of the Wine and Spirits stores that I'm used to in the greater Pittsburgh area, but is actually better in some ways due to their selection of craft and imported beers (you have to go to different stores in PA for wine/liqour and beer so having them all together in one place is convenient), so I'm a loyal customer for life. I was just overcharged for my purchase above the listed price plus tax. I brought it to the attention of the store before they processed my card but they ignored me. I then showed them their advertised price after they already ran my card and then they had the nerve to tell me there was no way they could refund my money! They stole from me!

Visitors beware! Shady practices at play here!

A&C is by far the best liquor store in the area. They have a diverse selection of bourbon, wine and presumably everything else (I am typically only looking for bourbon and wine). Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Brandon is 3 for 3 on recommendations for me. The owner thanks me every time I come in, even if I don't purchase anything.
