Burger King — Restaurant in Ypsilanti Charter Township

I pulled up to the box just before 730pm last night. The voice asked what I wanted. As soon as I said, "A Whopper," the voice rudely injected, "Will there be anything else? I finished my original sentence with combo. The voice asked "medium with a Coke"? I said, "With a Dr. Pepper, please. " Again, the voice pushed for closure, "will that be all", as I was asking my daughter and granddaughter what they wanted. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with mayo, pickle, and lettuce, and the voice replied, "A plain cheesburger?". Without walking you through the test of the painful ordering process, we were forced to endure, we pulled up to the first window to pay. We were greeted by a woman who acted like she was Jonesing for a hit on the crack pipe. After we completely restated our order, which was nothing like we had placed, and the woman treating me as if it was our fault, we settled up and moved ahead to pick up our food. We got home, 3 miles away, and everything was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. My daughter pulled out her mozzarella sticks, and there was only half an order of them. I highly recommend not going there, at least during the night shift as you will be treated horribly and the food will likely be bacteria ridden from sitting around so long. There are many better...

This restaurant #19948 was horrible. We entered the restaurant at 10:01or 10:02 at the latest. As you can see there are no times posted on the door. After walking up to the register no one would great us. It was a group of 9. The male employee would walk right past the register and would not even greet or even try to make eye contact with us. 10:08 the , what I'm guessing is the manager comes out . Doesn't greet us and goblin rushed to the door to lock it. So we ask what time the inside closes. And she states in an annoyed huff that they closed at 10 and should have locked the doors. All the while the female employee making the Whoppers or chicken nuggs says that "she ain't makin our food". Then again the manager says that she should have locked the door at 10 "but don't worry she won't make us go outside and go through the drive through". After waiting 10 minutes we received our food and said thank you. As we walked out the lazy male employee yelled sarcastically "sORrY". I'm 99% sure they spit in my brothers tacos. Not quite sure why they advertise their melts on dramatic display on the drive-through menu because when you ask for them, they tell you they are not only no longer serving melts, and also apparently do not have any sourdough bread. Such a letdown… the way that they have the picture displayed and the cheese melting just right definitely makes you a little upset when you can’t get one. Especially when it takes up half of one of the three displays. Nonetheless ended up still going through the drive-thru and my food was not only 100% not fresh considering they gave it to me within two minutes after ordering it but the fries had to at least have been setting out for over an hour.
