I placed an online order for a 8 corner deep dish pizza and an antipasto salad. When the order arrived my girlfriend answered the door and received the pizza. I had already paid online. When she brought the items in I realized this was not our order. This was two large round, thin crust pizzas with mushrooms. I called Jet's and spoke with a manager. I was told they would put a $30.00 credit (the price of our order) on our account for next time as I could not eat the pizzas delivered. (I have an allergy to mushroom) About 10-15 mins later the delivery man returned with the correct order. I was unimpressed as it was stone cold and I had no idea where it had been. I recently called to place another order and use our credit. I spoke with the District Manager whom was there when this huge miess up happened, acknowledged the mistake but said I did not have a credit because eventually I received the right order. He offered to give me $3 off my order and told me I should have been more "up front" when I called and told him I eventually received my correct order. I explained that I had called when I got the wrong order delivered and that it was 15 minutes later I received the correct order. He said he didn't care and that I had gotten my food so "What is the problem?" I cannot believe that a District Manager would behave in such a mannner when he was personally at the store and admitted he remembered the mistake. And when I tried to call corporate to file a complaint I never heard back from anyone. I will never order from Jett's again. They clearly do not care about...
Read moreIt's have been one month and I still haven't gotten my money refunded! I ordered a pizza about a month ago and when it was time for it to be delivered they claimed that they couldn't get in touch with me and that it was too late for them to come out a deliver again. I asked for my money to be refunded and they said that it would post to my card immediately. After a few days of the money not being on my card I called back and spoke with Matt the manager. I told him the situation and he began to call whoever I talked to a few nights before an "idiot" and that he would "hurt" whoever refunded the money back if I didn't see my money on my card within one weeks time. After waiting a week still no money!! I called back and spoke to Matt and he said that they just switched systems so he would have to talk to the managers above him to get it refunded. I called back a few days later out of frustration and just told them just to deliver a new pizza because clearly I wasn't getting my money back anytime soon. Matt then tells me that he has to get that approved by his boss and that he'll call me back. He's promised to call back so many times but has never called back. I called corporate and they said that they'd speak with the owner of the store and that they'll have someone call me back. It has been yet again another week with no return phone call. This makes me not even want to give them my...
Read more6/10 times do I get the toppings I ask for. I usually order the same two pizzas with 2 toppings each and Cajun crust. 6/10 do i get all the toppings and the crust i asked for. so that's kinda irritating but that's pretty expected at this point for any pizza joint. but what really irritates me is that you don't deliver to the neighborhood behind the firehouse, once the sun goes down. you realize in winter the sun goes down at 430p, no one who can eat pizzas orders dinner at that time. If you're going to have delivery zone restrictions, they should have an expiration limit. You shouldn't limit delivery to an area FOREVER just because something happened, god knows when. A couple years should be more than enough for the bad people to move out. Let me tell you, the neighborhood I live in that's blacked out from delivery is perfectly safe. I walk my dogs alone, as a woman at 11p, with no problem and feel safe. Everyone knows each other in this neighborhood, doordashers deliver here, amazon delivers here, and I've yet to hear that any of them have a problem. So I'm not sure when the incident that caused this blackout to happen, but it sounds like it might have been during a time when this neighborhood wasn't as good. Which was a long time ago. I don't want to pay $40 for pizza and have to run down to your store in the cold. Especially when I probably won't get entirely what...
