If I could give this place a zero I would. The food it mediocre at best and the customer service was crap. I got a door dash with a lot missing, and they proceeded to tell me it’s at the restaurant and my driver must have forgotten it. I can come pick it up if I want.
We got a large Greek salad with extra beets(.75c). The large iceberg lettuce salad had four beets and a sprinkle of feta with some dry chicken on top. Oh, and no Greek dressing as requested.
With the side of fries we ordered extra ketchup and got four packets, so I assume ketchup doesn’t even come with the fries and the “extra” was pretty lame. The packets were also dirty, like a packet had exploded in the box of packets and they’re just tossing it into the bag with the rest of your food.
They forgot my bowl of lemon rice soup but it was there if I want to come get it…
If you have a driver coming to pick things up from your restaurant, wouldn’t you make sure they take away the entire order as they’re picking it up?
Not only that, as I was giving a list of things I was missing to them on the phone the employee would ask the manager how they should answer and in the end it was all the driver’s fault… but I had to tell them what I was missing, instead of them indicating there was a bag right in front of them of all the missing items on my receipt.
Don’t blame a delivery driver for your mistakes.

Read moreI ordered soup & salad lunch special, picked my food up got back to my office, go to take my first bite of soup and there is a bug in it, first of all YUCK!!! I called the restaurant spoke to a girl let her know, she responded "you can bring it back in and we will replace it", I stated that I wasn't able to drive back that I was on my lunch and it is now over. I asked can I just get a credit, she stated that "no, her manager said I had to return the soup". I asked to speak to the manager, he proceeded to tell me that I had to bring the soup back, I informed him that my lunch was over (not to mention ruined) he said well when you have time just bring it back and I will replace it. I stated that I was not going to drive around with a bowl of soup...with a bug in it until I was able to go back, I stated that I would take a picture, his response was "well how will I know you didn't eat the soup". You have got to be kidding me!!! THE FACT IT has a bug in it should be your first clue!!!! Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced to date. Moral of story, if you don't mind a bug in your food by all means this Coney and Owner is the one for you. The bug was gross but the owners service was even more...
Read moreIt’s not that the food was bad, it wasn’t, although the French fries were cold. It’s not that the service was bad, it wasn’t. Our server was #18 and she was very good and attentive. What it was….was the bugs inside the restaurant. They were black bugs with orange on their backs. They were not roaches. But I had one crawling on my table, next to my food, while I was eating. I knocked it off the table and it landed on my seat, so I then knocked it to the floor. When our server came by, I told her about the bugs, (she had just started there about a week ago) she apologized, but because they weren’t harmful, that they don’t do anything about them. She said they are drawn to the windows, and she pointed out more on the windows, which of course is where we were sitting. I looked around at the other windows, and there were 5 to 10 in each window I checked out. I get that they think that they’re not harmful so they just accept it. But these are bugs, getting near my food!!!!! It’s just disgusting. 🤮. That is my last visit to this or any other Leo’s. Harmful or not, I can’t believe a restaurant would think it’s acceptable to have bugs in their establishment. Shame on...
