I received an email from Door Dash offering a free Crispy Chicken with a $15 purchase. I placed the order and the order arrived pretty quickly. When I pulled everything out of the bag a Filet O'Fish was missing. I contacted Door Dash and they gave me a credit for my next order. When I opened the Crispy Chicken box there was my Filet O'Fish but no Crispy Chicken. I again contacted Door Dash. I tried to call the store but didn't get through to anyone. I emailed McDonald's Corporate Office this morning. The food I did get was ok. But we ordered no pickles on any of the sandwiches but did get pickles on the Quarter Pounder. McDonald's corporate office told me that my complaint would be forwarded to the regional office and the franchisee and someone would contact me. 30 days later nobody contacted me. I again emailed McDonald's corporate office. Now they claim that since I ordered through Door Dash they need to resolve the issue. Seems McDonald's is telling me that Door Dash is responsible for McDonald's messing up my order. I called the corporate office and was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the regional office and the franchisee. I again received an email telling me to contact Door Dash. Door Dash didn't mess up. McDonald's did and they are ignoring my complaint and blaming Door Dash. The franchisee, regional office and corporate office don't care that the staff at this location knowingly substituted the Filet O'Fish for the Crispy Chicken and didn't give me a Crispy Chicken af all. The store cheated me out of money and McDonald's doesn't really care about the issue. I am definitely not going to order from McDonald's again and I will post anywhere I can letting people know that they ripped me off and they don't really care. Called the corporate office again today. Now I am being told that if I order through a third party and McDonald's messes up my order the contract with the third party requires them to correct the problems. Since I didn't get all of the order it's not McDonald's fault even though they messed up. It's Door Dash's fault that McDonald's messed up because the contract says so. McDonald's keeps saying they take every complaint seriously. But they don't. Nobody has ever apologized. Read moreHORRIBLE! My husband originally went by here on his way home after work. I had been busy with stuff at home all day so I texted him to get us food. They forget two fries, a 20 piece nugget, and the diet cokes that went with the meals. He went in to get things taken care of and the cashier walked away from him as he was talking to her. He came home upset because he couldn't get the food we paid for. I called back and the lady knew exactly who I was talking about. She said, "Why isn't he still here? Why did he leave? Now, we have food and no one to take it." Mind you this was a half an hour later! Then, she said what food are you missing. HOLD ON! I heard her say to another co-worker I'm not dealing with this! The other worker got on the phone and I proceeded to tell her about the missing food and what happened. I had to drive the 28 minutes there to get the food and then when I got there the dine in was closed and I proceeded to the drive-thru. I told them I was the person who called about the missing food. She said I have no idea what you're talking about and I can't hear you! Pull forward! I went to the first window and the person there knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me to pull forward and they would have my food. At the next window the person gave me the third degree! Asking me if I paid for the food, twice she asked what food I was missing! Like I was lying about it all!
Why in the world would I spend hours now on end with McDonald's about this? Like I had nothing better to do!? Seriously!

To keep it simple, I paid $50 for food, had my order put in wrong, so my larges were all mediums. No issue, i paid for what I got. However, they did not offer a recipt, which by Michigan law is required to be offered. The absolute attitude on the workers from the speaker to each window was pretty disrespectful. Finally getting my food, get told "1 more bag", get handed 2 more bags and we pull out and go home. Turns out there was another bag missing a big mac meal and a quarter pounder sandwich. Go back, inform the speaker - "Pull up to the second window." I ask if they want me to wait in line or pull ahea- "Just pull up to the second window." Rude, attitude is somehow worse. I get to the first window, they want me to pay, but i inform them of the missing food. And the employee ROLLS HER EYES AND CLOSES THE WINDOW.
Finally get to the second window, explain the issue, the worker goes to the manager for help and they remake the food.... except they literally forgot the big mac again.
0/5 service for being horrendously rude 0/5 for not even apologizing for the issue after I'm literally being extremely nice to them for their issue 0/5 for the manager who didn't do anything else for me to reassure me that this was a rare issue.
Do not go here unless you want McDonald's served in the worst...
