Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Yuba City

So sad to say this is my first disappointing experience at Dutch Bros. I live in Utah had am visiting for the holidays and I was happy to know I’d still be able to get my first of the month sticker while on vacation. When we first got there, there was a line out of the parking lot which didn’t bother me because Dutch is known for their quick service and friendly staff. Unfortunately they only had one person out taking orders which really isn’t their fault but for the line I’d hope they would have more people out there. I still wasn’t really worried about it because we had time to kill. Once we finally ordered the lady taking our order was very nice. We waited about 15 minutes before we got to the window after that. At the window the staff inside wasn’t very attentive and not even similar to any other location I’ve been to. Usually they talk to you about your day and it’s a very nice experience even if it’s a way to distract you from the wait while they make your drinks. Granted my drink is a little complicated but no where has ever gotten it wrong before. At the window we wait for another 15 minutes just for my drink while my boyfriend got his almost instantly. I wasn’t upset about the wait as long as my drink was correct. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I was too annoyed and frustrated to ask and wait for another one. Next time I’m in town I will be hesitant to visit this...

Went on the first day, saw a long line but was curious enough to wait. It was almost wrapped around the corner but yet they where fast! I've never been to this particular coffee chain before but the grand opening was incredible. The staff friendly, handing out stickers even let them advertise on the car window. Being a first time I didnt know what in all coffee types they had but the selection was literally almost endless. All they need is peanut butter. Even so after figuring out what to order from the staff it literally took under 5 minutes for them to get the drinks. In total my fiance got a medium iced coffee [white zombie] which I can tell you hes picky, alas he loved it even better then your competitor. As I had a freeze as it looks like a ice cream from the menu I was given so I got a banana chocolate mix and it was just as good. If service is this friendly and fast everytime I'm in. Not to mention their point cards are fantastic. Definitely going tomorrow!

Update: When going the next day, it was the same speed but unfortunately they made both drinks incorrectly, which is rather unfortunate as I was starting to...

So I ordered a banana bread freeze. I ordered extra shot and whip cream. I am not sure if I got charged for the extra shot but there is no markings. And I got no receipt. Little disappointed normally this place is on point. But the girl taking my order down the the person at the window all looked new and didn’t seem to want to be at work today. My other drinks where right so I felt 2 Star was deserved instead of 1 Star.

Also the banana bread freeze has no flavor. It tastes bland like they forgot to put flavor in it.

Update customer service never got back to me. I thought maybe they where having a bad day. So I gave them another try. With 2 cars ahead it took forever to get my drinks. I found out there was a employee standing outside the building chatting with a customer. Then I finally pay for my 3 drinks and the person stamps my loyalty card 2 times. They just can’t seem to...
