Jamba — Restaurant in Yuba City

Self ordering was the worst. Menu changes made it so my order was not an option via self ordering so I had to talk to a person. All three staff literally ignored us. They had no other customers and no blenders going. It was about 6pm. My daughters and I all had time to use the bathroom and return while we were trying to get anyone to answer a really simple question. One staff who was busy pulling in umbrellas did respond to my oldest (in passing) by telling her to order at the kiosk. Not helpful when she specifically asked for help. They clearly did not like that I had to had to whistle to get anyone to address the counter. It worked real fast though! Sorry, but we had tried all other options outside of actually screaming-or leaving. After that it got worse. All 3 staff chattered and made faces back and forth showing how offended they were. One staff even scolded me when she handed me our order! However, when some guys about the same age came as the staff came in ,t hey were all practically falling over the counter to help them. I should have left after the first 3 min of waiting. Felt like dealing with teenagers at home when asked to...

Love me some Jamba Juice! Visited there like 3 or 4 times back to back over one weekend (I know, I've got a problem :-) But it's that good. Healthy, fresh, and tastes good. Employees were always super friendly and helpful. The one thing that I don't know if it can be fixed...but there was an odd smell to the whole store. But it seemed to likely be the smell of all the different fruits that had been thrown away combining together in an unpleasant order. It wasn't overprowering, but definitely noticeable. *one-time, drop-in impression, granted they had some construction going on and only one active register: Staff was friendly but when it comes to the smoothie itself, it was just not blended enough. I appreciate they are going green, but trying to suck ice pebbles through a cardboard straw just doesn’t work 😆. Also, I thought the new sausage muffin tasted pretty good! However, it fits in the palm of my hand so at regular price I just think it’s too small. Thankfully they had a dollar off to promote the new item. I miss Tropical...
