The Sandwich Spot — Restaurant in Yuba City

The lack of uniform’s that this place has cost them my business. I have been here a few times, one time we went in our sandwiches were good, service was okay too. But what threw me off was the cockroach running around on the floor... The other day I went in for lunch to go, I noticed two of the employees not in uniform both females did not have hair properly tied back instead they both had loose ponytails and hair all in the face, one of them was wearing Ugg boots and the other was in flip flops... Yah flip flops. It had thrown me off but didn’t bother me as much until I went back and started eating my sandwich and found long hairs wrapped up in the meat... NEVER AGAIN. I took both sandwiches back and got my money back. What was surprising was that the employee who made the sandwiches was the one to give a refund didn’t even seem surprised at all and barely apologized. Unsanitary practices while handling food really make me think as to what else they’re doing... I will not be returning. Posting this while hoping the owner reviews and can get employees in proper uniform to avoid...

Ok so I found this place in yuba city while working out of town. I looked at everywhere else in the parking lot for something else besides a sandwich. Finally said ef it and said to myself " u wanted a sandwich, so get a sandwich." Lol. First of all the customer service was great soon as I stepped in. The menu was kinda overwhelming because of the variety ( Not a bad thing at all). I asked what was the most popular sandwich. The young man says #16. Anddddd mannnnnnnnn !!!!!!! Holy SסT it was honestly 1 of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. And that's saying an awful lot!!!! Ohhhhh and they have beer on tap so the 805 washed that bad boy down perfectly lol. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend went in today to get both of us sandwiches, I ordered a #9 with pickles added to it. When it came back I checked it like I do with all my sandwiches, and there was a dead bug on my sandwich!! He took the sandwich back inside to show them, and when he asked how it happened all the people working had to say was that they "didn't do it on purpose" and that it happened "because the front door is open".
