I’ll probably never go to Jersey Mike’s Yuba City again. The last time I went there I was so surprised by how rudely I was treated. I walked in and no one acknowledged me so I stood in line waiting for an employee to look at me so I could tell them I came to pick up a to go order. The man who I believe is the manager finally asked if there was to go orders but when I raised my hand he completely looked past me and went back to what he was doing. When he finally acknowledged me after me being there for a good seven minutes I told him I came to pick up an order that I put in on the app. He looked at me annoyed and said “I just asked if there were any to go orders!” I was so shocked by how rude he was I couldn’t even say anything except I’m sorry. He told me it would be ten minutes even though my pick up time was five minutes from the time I got there. So I went off to the side and waited for my order. There was another lady that had walked in and was also waiting to be acknowledged. The man behind the counter told her she needed to speak up so they know who’s coming in for what. Terrible customer service. Your staff should greet the people the come in and ask if they’re ordering in or picking up. And I get that you’re busy but there’s no reason to be so damn rude. Great pistrami Ruben hot sandwich can't believe I haven't been here before now, I will be coming back to try some more. Well I've been back and I must say the hot BBQ beef is awesome, I've been back several times now and will be making this place a new place on my lunch stops. I still go here often, I like that you get a free sandwich after you buy 10 when you join the club. My favorite sandwich is the #9 Mike's way. Unfortunately the last 2 of 3 times I got the BBQ beef it has not been up to their standards, they have been dry lacking sauce, I brought it to their attention both times and wasn't happy with their concern about it so I probably won't order that one again which is to bad because it was good the first 10 plus times I got it and the prices like everywhere have gone up making it expensive so the quality should go up or at least stay good, still love the other...
