TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Yuba City

I would like to set a complaint about this store. I placed an order online through the website, I didn't notice it was an 1hr away from me, and I called to cancel the order. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she will give me a refund, it would take 3 days, she was going to leave a message for her manager to process the refund. Because she told me I would be getting the refund, I did not drive 1hr to pick up the sandwiches. The next day the "manager" calls me and tells me he will not be processing the refund. I did not receive goods and that store kept my money. I am owed a refund. If I knew that the "manager" was going to decline my refund then I would have drove and pickup up the food. 3 sandwiches...

Edited 9/24/2025. I've been to TOGO'S several more times since I last posted. Still great quality sammie's. Quick and efficient service. Knowledgeable staff who are high spirited & super friendly. It's cool cuz the ice cream shop shares space with TOGO'S & the staff share recommendations back n forth 😁. Great atmosphere. I'm happy to drive from Oroville to go to TOGO'S

Having been a Togo sandwich lover many years ago - and always ordering my favorite #9, I was very disappointed today when I visited your establishment today. I ordered the #9, and I always remember how loaded with pastrami this sandwich used to be. Today, my sandwich had a few slices of pastrami and lots of veggies instead, and the bread was dry. For the price of $11.36 plus change (for a small sandwich); I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.
