I ordered on the app to hopefully skip the hassle of the employee of getting it wrong yet it still happened. I thought i was taking a trip to Jack in the Box a famous burger establishment what i was met with was a place i could only explain as dryer than death valley. I ordered extra buttery sauce, no pickle, and bacon on my stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal and neither were added nor was there any evidence of the original sauces in the recipe so it appears it wasn't an issue of adding extra but more of an issue of incompetence displayed by the employees, I wish i could say they got one thing in my order correct but nonetheless that isnt the truth. The staff also added the bacon that was to be added to my burger and placed it on the second item ordered to which the person receiving it didn't really want it as much as they originally had because bacon isn't what they wanted. And it doesn't stop there, while i don't quite understand getting the burgers incorrect what really perplexes me is the fact that they couldn't even get my Dr Pepper correct I received a Pepsi. Read moreAlways great service, and being open 24 hours is a huge advantage when others are closed. My only suggestion would be to improve the buns—they feel a bit dense, overpowering the flavor of each burger bite. Something airier, like Steak 'n Shake or even McDonald's buns, would make the experience much better.
I'd also love to see an upgrade in how the fries are handled for delivery. They often arrive lukewarm and lacking body, coming off as scrawny and undesirable. On the brighter side, I really appreciate the fresh chicken used for the burgers, but the lettuce can sometimes look so unappealing that both my friend and I end up pulling it out, worried it could make us sick. It’s disappointing that the food maker would include such low-quality lettuce in the burgers and that we, as customers, have to become accustomed to this kind of poor judgment in service.
On a positive note, I love the large drink size here—especially when other fast food places have shrunk their 'large' to what feels like a medium or even small. Jack actually delivers on the promise of a large beverage.

Read moreThe only thing to explain my experience would be the saying once said by a wise man. “My disappointment is immeasurable and day is ruined.” To start off, they got my order like REALLYY wrong. I ordered 3 sandwiches (2 combos) and a few other things. I was really hungry so it gravely upset me when I saw that not only were the 2 combo burgers wrong but there was a burger missing which was for my little sibling. You can say “its petty” that i’m mad but hear me out ok? Both burgers (Both fries were missing as-well) were not only wrong, but insanely old. The patty was shrunken as-well as had a distinct visual than advertised, plus it had a sort of foul taste to it (They told me they had a good cook when I called to complain). I now have a annoying stomach ache and am facing the consequences of trusting these people with my dinner. So do I suggest visiting Jack in the box? Yeah it’s a great fast food place….
