We just drove through and asked the young lady what the blue energy drink was on the menu. She told us Blue Lagoon. Hesitant because that was not the name listed under the Energy portion we said okay, she works here and knows what she’s talking about. As she prepares to bring us our drinks, the drink in hand looks nothing like we asked for. I look at the menu in more detail and ask if she’s sure it’s the Blue Lagoon and that we would like the frozen blue energy drink. We asked if they could make us the drink specifically requested. She takes the blue lagoon back and then comes out to tell us they will not remake it just because we ordered it wrong and that we’ll have to pay for the other one too. Bad business practice. Make sure your employees are educated on the beverages & food they are serving.
