The only reason they even get one star is that you can not post the review with zero stars which is exactly what they deserve. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service EVER! My husband and I entered the drive thru at 12:32pm, and after some time gave our order for the first of 2 meals. Before my he could tell the clerk the second order she gave him a total. She never confirmed or even asked if that was all. He told her the other meal and she stated in a "put out" tone to pull around. Then we waited and waited. At 12:49 we were still one car away from the window to pay. We paid, got our food and left the drive thru at 12:54pm. We discovered that one of the drinks was incorrect and not a drop of ice in it. Unfortunately we were unable to easily turn around and go back in due to the nature of the street. I called and explained that after we had waited in line nearly 24 minutes, I realize my math was off but I was thoroughly aggravated and not thinking properly, that they had given us an incorrect beverage. The person who answered said that it was "impossible for me to wait 25 minutes as they were working on not having a back up". I told her when we had pulled in until.the time we had pulled out and she asked if I her to replace it? I told her I did not that I was well on my way down Maple Ave at this point but that I would be back on my way home and wanted my money back. She said "ok" and hung up on me! All of this after terrible lack of service couple weeks ago, we visited and the drive thru line was very backed up. The dining room was closed due to Covid-19 but they were still doing take out orders inside as well. While my husband waited on the associate who was on the phone with whom he guessed to be one of her children based on her end of the conversation, another associate asked if is he waiting and she just waived it off. Read moreI went thru the drive thru and I know it takes a long time to get your food because you make it fresh. That was not my problem. I will say that when I was at the window waiting for my food, there was two cars behind me then a semi truck had blocked the drive thru. Now I will say that is very common for something to be missing from my order. It's usually cheese sauce, so when the man handed me my bag I ask him if the cheese was in the bag. He said yes. I went home. I found out at home I was missing a double steak burger. My order was chicken fingers with fries and a cheese sauce. Also a double steak burger with cheese mayo, tomato, lettuce and onions. I didn't get the steak burger. I had to go back. I live about 5 minutes from this store. I went in and there was 4 tables with people in them. 2 people at the counter eating. A lady and girl waiting for a take out order and a man waiting for take out. I went up to the counter with the cash register. Nobody came over to see what I wanted. There were 4 waitress over where the drinks were and a young man. NOBODY CAME OVER TO ASK ME WHAT I NEEDED. I stood there for about 4 minutes. One couple came up to pay there bill. Some lady came over and helped them. While there I told the lady that I had been shorted a sandwich. She ask me how I wanted it. I told her. In the mean time 1 take out customer got her food and found stuff missing. Several things. She had to wait a long time to get everything they wanted. Needless to say after several I ask a lady who was walking by if somebody was making my sandwich. She said she would check. NOBODY was making my sandwich. Finally after several more minutes I got my sandwich. I went home not a very happy person. My food that I had ordered for me was cold and hard. While I know my mom will want to go back to this store, it will be a long time before...
Read moreI went thru drive thru after a long and VERY TRAUMATIC DAY! Ordered daughters, grandsons and my food. Got to the window to pay and asked the girl if I could have ketchup and a little extra. She says yes I said sorry but just had a house fire so won't be able to have access to any. She said ok went back to where my home is now burnt up and down! And had NO KETCHUP...... I UNDERSTAND TO SOME BUT IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL! But if you have ever been through a house fire.... It is a big and huge deal being that you have absolutely nothing left of your life after 53 years!! I called down there to let them know that they didn't put the ketchup in explain to her I said you know I told the girl that I had a house fire that you know I have no access to any ketchup or anything else and the manager proceeded to save this to me......... YES SHE FORGOT IT AND YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO EVER HAS HAD A HOUSE FIRE!!!!!!!!! Are proceeded to say what did you just say because I wasn't quite sure that I heard her right but I did!!! She repeated what she said and I hung up on her! After a few minutes of processing what she just said to me and how inconsiderate an uncaring that was I called back and asked for the manager and that's when she told me that too that was I asked for corporate number of course by this time my daughter's caught wind of what I'm talking about and was going completely irate..... I asked my daughter to please stop because I needed the corporate number and the manager hung...
