This is the second time they have been bad .first time I went to buy a fish finder that they had on sale and sale ended day before I came in but sales person said they match other stores prices .they asked assistant manager .I had 3 brick and mortar stores on my phone with a cheaper price. they wouldn't match price. today I went to exchange some reloading supplies I had bought I have bought a lot of stuff there also .so what I was exchanging was bullets not loaded ammo . so the woman at service desk told me to get the diameter bullets and bring them back and when I got there the same idiot that was there for the fish finder was there telling me I couldn't exchange a un opened box for the right size . I input my phone number every time I check out I'm assuming that saves my purchase info but they wouldn't bother checking. they are losing me as a customer. they have decent prices but price doesn't do any good if...

My wife bought a 64 gun safe for a Christmas gift got the safe in set it up paid to have help getting it in the house it’s the wrong safe we call the store and we were told it’s our fault we should have checked the receipt numbers to the safe numbers when they loaded it them self’s and said have a nice day also the manager on duty we talked to had such a bad attitude about the situation she said bring it back up in the package that it’s wrapped in (mind you it was ripped off )she said well sir there is nothing we can do at this time it should have been checked before we left the store then proceeded to get an attitude with us when clearly it was the company’s fault the safe we got says it’s online only I will recommend that you check your stuff before leaving the store we have been here many time since the opening and never had one bad thing to...

I ordered work shoes and a few other items on December the 4th. They used USPS for shipping and my items have been bouncing around ever since. I know it probably not their fault the only reason I’m giving a one star is because when I called customer care they acted like they didn’t care and offered me a 10% off coupon to order something else. 1 - a measly 10% (oh it’s it’s only up to $20) I can save that much using my academy card right now. 2 - why would I order something else when I can’t even get what I originally ordered.
