Trulieve as an institution has several fundamental problems with their organizational structure, policies, sales, etcetera.

With that being said, however, the employees that make up the spine of the Zanesville Ohio location are worth their weight in gold. I have never had a single negative experience with any individual at this location, and I am a frequent flyer.

Big time smoker here, don’t come after 8:45 because they won’t give you medicine apprently they had a full store and 10 people in line in the back.. only problem is there’s only the employees cars outside! Unless you place an order.. so I placed an order & they still won’t let me get the medicine! May as well put your closing hours at 8:45.. Empty parking lot & has nothing to with the influx of customers.. the lot is empty other than me, employees & the other 2 ppl that got turned away. Awesome workers who are very knowledgeable about there products there's selling but the prices are for sure the worste if they would jus lower there prices about 20 more to 30 more percent less than what it is because literally every other dispensary around is about either half the price on a regular to 2/3rds of the price so the prices literally have to go down or they will fail in...
