I love this store, I can always find an outfit or accessory for any occasion at a reasonable price. Their sizes are also realistic! If your normally a size 8, you're not going to be trying to squeeze into a size 20 like some brands out there. I went today and Addalynn and Connor were seriously my personal stylist! It was white glove service from start to finish. I needed an outfit for an occasion tomorrow, and tried on a few tops and found one I liked. By the end of my trip I had a whole different, comeplete outfit that looks amazing that without Addalynn and Connor's guidance I never would have ever tried on. I have shopped at Maurices for years and today they lost my business. We have a mandated face covering requirements in Ohio, I complied and wore a mask into the store and while shopping the entire time even tried clothes on and when I was checking out the “manager” Gina told me I had to pull my mask over my nose. Here’s the deal, I wear a mask so maurices and other stores can stay open!!! I am also a nurse and I don’t have the authority in my position to tell people how to wear their mask, so how can a clothing store think they can do that? Good luck staying...

I’ve shopped at this store for many years and today they lost not only my business BUT everyone in my family. I understand there is mask requirements in Ohio. Fine whatever you cannot force anyone to wear a mask But did I put a mask on when I walked into the store? Yes, didn’t even have to ask me. But when I’m bothered multiple times while shopping because I’m not wearing a mask properly (My mask didn’t cover my nose) and I need to fix it or leave that was the last straw.
