I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. we stayed there because we arrived at night for cab driver didnt know any other hotel. The carpets are old and dirty, at the reception staff was very condescending, they spoke as if they do us a favour. Hotel is so overpriced, we requested a room for 3 people, they said 250$/night. Receptionist didnt talk to me properly until she made sure i can afford to spend the night there, even then i didnt see a single smile from her, but at least she stopped talking to me as if i am some poor person who is not worthy of her time. when we came it was a small room with a queen size bed, then they brought 1 mattress and asked us where to squeeze it in! I expected it to be a proper room with 3 beds. Rooms are not as clean as you expect 5 star hotel to be. I honestly dont know how they managed to get 5 stars, i think they just decided to call themselves a 5 star hotel. rooms were not renovated in ages. Even their night stand lamps are so old, their rims are all rusted. Mattresses are very stiff and old. Breakfast was good, although for that price they cant even offer drip coffee, its instant coffee. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If owners want to keep ripping off people, they should at least invest some money in renovations. Just writing everything in English doesnt make a place 5 star...

The hotel lobby is a throwback to the early 90s, but the warmth of the staff more than makes up for it.||||Front desk staff Abbos, Ravshan and another guy in the morning (whose name i forgot) were very helpful with my questions for directions.||||The hotel map is not updated so if you take one, make sure you ask them to update the station names, or else you might get lost.||||Rooms are huge and old fashioned. I got a room facing the main street round about, busy during the day, but the noise level is ok.||||Breakfast is normal, but could be better.||||There is aTurkish hamam located at the basement, but no one tell you about it unless you discover it yourself. It is a great way to unwind, as no one uses it.||||The hotel is located in an area with plenty of restaurants and cafes on all sides, many of them open til late.||There are banks nearby to exchange currency.||The Metro station is within a 5 minute walk.||A supermarket is next door.||There are several stores where you can...

A very old hotel, rooms are a total let down and the lighting is too dull to keep your spirits high. There is cigarette smoke smell everywhere from the lobby to the inside of the rooms. The staff is very bored and not too keen doing their job and helping the guests. However, there were some good gestures shown too, like the staff distributed extra water bottles late in the day in hot summer season. Also, the Hotel is very close with just a few meters and walkable distance to the closest Metro station - Ming O-rik. While checking out, the earlier guest's bill was erroneously added to mine and I had to explain to the staff that it was not mine as I had hardly checked in a few hours before. Hotel is best fit for bread and breakfast, can't recommend for a longer period even for an hour

Central location; good welcome and services. Room has all main facilities for short-term and business stay. Especially liked the large size of the bed and the comfort of sleep. Breakfast was good with a variety of local and international options. Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom and its amenities need some improvement. A bit outdated furniture, but still acceptable level. If the room's window faces the street (like mine), it will be noisy all day and night.
