I have this one star only for the Dimsum dish we got. Other than that this restaurant does not worth to revisit or recommend to anybody! I was there today with my family. Waiters looks like they are forced to serve! No smiles and no good service. We chose outdoor table. Although the waiter cleaned it for us but he did not put anything on the table! No cutleries, no salt and pepper, no tissues! I had to ask for each one! The other waitress was shaking when she serve the food to the point I was worried she will drop the food on us! Our order came out of sequence! Soup was almost the last thing to be delivered instead of being one of the firsts. Our last dish came very late (almost one hour from the first order). We were waiting and waiting and waiting for any of the waiters to come to ask them about it and then they served it. A chicken dish (check the picture) that is full of bones and chicken skin! This plate must be boneless and skinless otherwise it is not eatable! The only dish that was good and served on time was the Dimsum. I made same complain to the manager and hope they will correct their problems before they lose...
Read moreIt’s my first and last time in this Dim sum. I visited because it was referred by a friend ( who definitely hasn’t eaten good Cantonese food). This restaurant is located in a nice area downtown and I had high expectations for this place. I treated a couple of friends for brunch and one of them found the chicken in his soup undercooked. We also had to return a couple of orders because the “ seafood fried rice” came without seafood. same as my seafood wonton soup. A lot of restaurants in this place are missing something… it’s either hospitality, food presentation, list of ingredients for customers information and expectations, or all of the above !

The payment process spoiled all the impressions - they have neither Click nor Payme /Apelsin payment options, they also don't accept Humo cards so the only option was to either transfer money from my card to their personal card (their preferred option), which is actually tax evasion, or run to the nearest ATM to withdraw money. Of course, they didn't give us any cheque with the QR code. I expected a place like this to be more modern in terms of payment and...
