I recently visited this Irish pub and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment was only interested in making a quick buck, regardless of their customers' satisfaction.
First and foremost, the prices at Irish pub were outrageously high for the quality of food they served. I couldn't believe the audacity of charging such exorbitant amounts for mediocre dishes. It was evident that the restaurant's sole focus was maximizing their profits, without any regard for providing a memorable culinary experience.
To make matters worse, the staff at Restaurant were incredibly rude and dismissive. Especially bald barman. It seemed as though they were doing us a favor by allowing us to dine there. From the moment we sat down, we were met with indifference and impatience. The waitstaff's lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious, as they were constantly chatting among themselves and ignoring customers' requests and giggling, gossiping customers’ requests. When we finally managed to place our order, the food took an eternity to arrive. The portions were disappointingly small, considering the exorbitant prices we had paid. Not to mention, the taste was underwhelming, lacking any creativity or flavor. It was as if the kitchen staff couldn't be bothered to put any effort into their culinary creations. Even the ambiance of Irish pub was a letdown. The decor was tired and outdated, with no attention to detail or aesthetics. The entire experience felt like a money-making machine, devoid of any passion for good food or customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this Irish pub to anyone who values their time, money, and overall dining experience. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that genuinely care about their customers and offer a memorable culinary journey. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding this greedy establishment with...
Read moreFood and drinks were ok. Nothing special. When we came here in 2016-17 it was much better. And I mean it. The fish bites were of a better quality, much better and I think they were in a larger amount per portion. Chips were certainly better, they were chunkier, a completely different type. We were served by Natalia, and she was was fine but I always felt like I was rushed to leave this this place. It just did not feel right. I wonder if this was her normal way of dealing with customers or she just had a bad day. Nevertheless, we did not feel that we were served as we should have been. The atmosphere was very good while everyone was watching a football match but after this an imbecile barman decided to switch the music so loud that I could not have a conversation to a person next to me. I do not staff at this place understands how pubs operate. Especially...
Read moreVisited this pub twice while I was in Tashkent with my wife first time during the afternoon sitting outside beer was fine and decently priced service was OK as my wife is Russian speaking we had no issues. Went back on an evening to eat sitting downstairs inside place is very dark and food was very average asked for a couple of beers and the guy tried to serve me a beer that was obviously poured and left sitting on the bar for some time as he served it in a split second and there was more life in a cemetery!! Server tried to say it wasn't yet joked with the barman make of that what you wish!!!! Absolutely nothing Irish about this place apart from its name so don't be fooled a few English football shirts and scarfs doesn't make it an Irish bar and I've been in plenty!!! This was definitely one of the most...
