Despite living close to this Bon we have never been here before )) This time, we were heading to hiking to Sukok area and decided to get our snacks here. We purchased 2 different sandwiches and 1croissants. Sandwiches were both with chicken inside with only difference that is bread. The croissants bread was of course much smoother than mine that was like a bun. They put inside the bun salad, tomato, chicken and poured over tomato sauce (the one usually used to grilled chicken). This was their 1st trial of the product (the manager said) and I have to admit it was a bad try, to me. Tomato sauce over tomato was something that shouldn’t be there I guess, I wish they used labne instead, coz the bread is like in Istanbul cafes where they use a lot of labne and they were really delicious there.
