Japanese food place on Shahrisabz streef surrounded by other restaurants. I must say the place seems targeting more well-off customers, as the prices are quite high. Decoration is good, and the staff was very kind. Portions of our sushis were a bit small, and expensive. Tasty for sure. We also had smoothies that were extremely tasty: with beetroot/strawberry, and with orange/lemon/ginger. Service fee was 10%, which is average for Tashkent. Some tables had cooks preparing food in front of them with flames and show-like scenes. Perfect place if you don't mind to pay a lot and if you don't want some smokey and crammed area. The owner who is also one of the chefs visited our table and explained the menu to us in person. There was a problem with the beef teppanyaki and they offered us a free eel roll to compensate. We enjoyed the hospitality of this lively Japanese restaurant, we also highly recommend people to sit inside if you order teppanyaki so that the dishes won't get cold.
