We were very disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The cooks are definitely not Korean nor does the food resemble Korean taste. The spicy beef salad was equally seasoned with sugar and chilli, one could not eat it. Kimchi and all small dishes were from the jar and not self made and you can definitely taste that. The Kuk-Su and Bibimbap were also slightly sugary. There is no place for sugar in the Korean kitchen, except for dessert. We had to leave the food after a couple of bites. 20% service charge is also a bit crazy, though they wanna be fancy, there is so much to improve in the service before making the 20% worth it. Neither Americans nor Europe tip 20% on standard, 15% for excellent, 10% average. Get down on...
Read moreGood korean restaurant in a comfortable location. Atmosphere is romantic and nice. Good lighting and colors. Food tastes very good. I visit k town very often. I like kimpab, pegodya, bulgogi and different soups. Salads are tasty, but too small portions( for 1 person- ok,but not for 2). Variety of dishes deserves a big compliment !!! One thing disappointing. Bibimpab is surprisingly not very good. Too dry, and PLEASE don't put tomatoes in dishes, where it's not needed! Seems sometimes like you put everything left in the kitchen... Despite this little comment, I highly recommend...
