Googled Italian food as I normally do every trip and this fairly new restaurant popped up so of course I had to try it. I was enticed by their menu since it was very minimal. The reviews also mentioned that the owners are actually Italian.
I love most pasta and rarely discriminate.. but this is real Italian pasta- you can taste the difference. I see a lot of places in Danang label themselves at Italian but most are just trying to appeal to the general tourists. This place was made for those who appreciate what real Italian pasta is. I’d seen a few reviews say that they didn’t really enjoy the pasta but I can tell that those people are used to eating fusion pasta or pasta and sauce with lots of preservatives.
I ordered their Sardinian Special (Malloreddus Alla Campidanese). Hubby ordered the Lasagna (safe choice for him because he’s not as big of a pasta lover as I am). Our dishes came out fresh and piping hot. I loved my dish. He admitted that his lasagna was pretty damn good and he would return for it (even though tomato gives him acid reflux).
