Danang Tower — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Service terrible. Food 2/5 (1 point for each steak and lobster) No fork, no napkin, no a/c (at my seat) Paid around 160$ for 1. Not worth it.

To start off, I had to wait 20 minutes just to 'get' service, even though I made reservation. Apparently, my seat was at the 'corner' so they forgot me. I had to get up and call the waiter 3 times to actually talk. The first female server did not understand english so she called another male server. The male server came and lied that they were "short-staffed" because there were many customers. There were 4 tables including myself, and I could see 4 waiters playing right next to me. I asked "short-staffed?" And he said "sorry" and that was it. Oh and tmi, they were slapping butts and playing. 0 intention of serving.

I finally made the order, but they didn't ask me for any allergies. So much for restaurant with a hotel underneath.

I asked if I could have the steak medium-rare, but they said it was impossible because it comes out on a hot stone. When the hot stone came out, I thought it was supposed to be a part of the performance? But no. They just cut the steak behind me lol.

The waiter served me with 4 sauces, salt&pepper, wasabi, and 2 unknown sauces without explaining anything. I also ordered wine, but it had a refrigerator smell. Did NOT ENJOY.

Oh and they don't give you a napkin if you don't ask for one. Also, the corner seat is really hot, no wind at all.

You come here to eat in peace, not ask for every single little detail.

알러지 있냐고 묻지않음 주문 전 20분 기다렸지만 오지않음. 결국 일어나서 따지자 영어를 못알아먹음. 영어하는 직원이 와서 웨이터가 "부족" short staffed 라고 함. 옆에 웨이터 4명이서 웃고 떠들고 있던거 봤다고 하니까 쏘리. 이럼.

소스 설명안해줌. 어두워서 색깔이 보이지않음. 와인 설명 없음 영어 못알아들음. 까는 냅킨이 없음. 물어보기전까지 갖다주지않음. 포크와 나이프의 옵션자체가 없음. (아무리 아시아지만 그래도 스테이크하우스면..) 자리 엄청 더움. 에어컨이 없어보임. (용다리 뷰 바 테이블 자리)

The steak cut on a hot stone plate is juicy and soft in texture. It becomes tough when it cools down, but it is so delicious that you can eat it up quickly without having time to cool down. In the evening, the view of the Han River and the city through the glass windows is so beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly.
