My wife accidentally touched a kettle and dropped it to the ground in this Starbucks. She was very embarrassed. When you put it back in its place and was about to leave, the clerk asked my wife not to leave and asked her to pay for the price of the kettle. I don’t think it’s a problem to pay more than this price. But is your kettle just for decoration? Didn't you buy insurance by default or accidentally touch it before the guests? Came here to cool off after walking in the sun. Very spacious place, nice decor. The staffs were friendly in helping me place my order. At first I was indecisive and they made recommendations. I went with iced green tea latte grande size which was 80,000 dong. I sat down to enjoy my drink. There were too much ice in my drink which made me disappointed. Terribly underwhelming, especially for the price. Ordered a 120k drink to go, got it to sit in, so they just threw it in a plastic cup, covered up the damage with some extra cream and just expect you to be happy all the same.

Then when i asked for a carry bag for my cup, the guy told his eyes pointing at the self service counter. He handed me one, making me feel a real nuisance. Serious?
