Mor Fai Thai Hotpot — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Poor review!!!! Not recommended for anyone. Last Sunday, I took my wife and child to eat at 12 noon, ordered tea and hotpot. However, after 35 minutes and 3 requests because my child and pregnant wife were thirsty, the drinks finally arrived. Another 10 or 15 minutes later, the hotpot came, and at that time, the restaurant was only about 60% full. The staff were indifferent, and when a customer complained, they even presented a QR code as a challenge. The food seemed to be transferred from the buffet area because I have eaten a lot there before. They brought buffet food to the à la carte section and charged exorbitant prices while the ingredients were not fresh. I have been to Mor Fai and Thai Market for almost 5-6 years, and this is the first time I had such a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone to waste their money here, from the attitude of the male staff at the counter to the serving staff, and even the manager running around while the food is all self-prepared...

Went alone. Was going to do A la carte, waitress was incredibly rude, before I could even finish ordering, telling me off for not ordering what I need to. Mate, I'm going to spend more on meat than what your buffet costs. Relax. Then stared insisting I need to order two different soups. For one person. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Have been once before without a problem, my advice is go elsewhere. It's over-priced for what it is, and outside of convenience, it's average at best. Hire...

Nhóm mình là khách hàng quen thuộc của Mor Fai, mỗi tháng phải từ Hội An ra ăn 1 lần từ lúc khai trương đến giờ, đủ hiểu tụi mình ưng ý đến nhường nào. Cho đến gần đây nhất (24.3), thất vọng tràn trề và có thể đây là lần cuối cùng mình đến với Mor Fai.

Có 3 thứ mà tụi mình tâm đắc nhất ở Mor Fai: nước uống ngon, thịt ba chỉ cắt mỏng, lượng mỡ và thịt tuyệt vời, và nước chấm chẩm chéo. Nhưng đến hôm nay thì cả ba thứ chúng mình yêu thích đã không còn nữa. Có phản ánh đến nhân viên, các bạn rất nhiệt tình giải thích với một vài lí do theo mình là không hợp lý (thịt đã được cắt sẵn rồi nên chỉ có những phần như vậy thôi, nước chấm vẫn theo công thức,...). Hôm đó mình có mời thêm vài người bạn và đảm bảo với họ ăn ở đây 1 lần sẽ không hối hận đâu hix 😭

Ngoài ra, việc nước lẩu ngày càng mặn và việc nhân viên không đưa đủ món lên như order ở các review khác là có thật từ những ngày đầu cơ nhưng vì chúng mình quá yêu thích Mor Fai nên những lỗi đó tụi mình đã cho qua!
