Overall, food was ok, but what shocked us the most was the charge for each wet napkin when it was placed next to the dinner setting on the table before we sat down.

We were genuinely shocked and confused. We tried to understand why they would charge when they have set all their dinner tables with napkins.

The charge was obviously minimal, but this truly did not sit right with us. After being wide-eyed, they did end up taking the charge off the bill. We’ve been to other restaurants here and have never been charged for disposable wet napkins. I would even justify the charge if we had asked for additional.

We also noticed they placed a bag of shrimp chips and pork rind at every dinner table, which they later removed after it was unopened and you've paid the bill.

I feel like this place tries to earn a petty sell by placing items on the dinner table to mislead the customer to consume and later charge to their bill.

We ordered: Papaya salad: requested mild spicy and it was so spicy it was barely edible.

Tom yum soup: It was sweet, and barely tangy and spicy

Crab fried rice: Fine, nothing special

Would not recommend...

We visited Thai Market at Vincom Da Nang hoping to relax and enjoy some good Thai food in a pleasant setting. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing.

We noticed a combo promotion advertised outside the restaurant, but it wasn’t clear how it worked, so we asked the staff for clarification. Two of the staff members were unsure about the promotion, and one of them responded in a particularly rude manner—he put the menu at the table, and the combo details on it didn’t even match what was shown in the advertisement outside.

After going back out to double-check the sign, the same staff member returned and said, “You have to read the combo sign carefully,” in a dismissive tone. Given the inconsistency between the sign and the menu, his attitude came across as both unhelpful and disrespectful.

Eventually, the manager stepped in and handled the situation professionally, but by then we had already decided not to dine there. We chose to go elsewhere for...

Came here because the reviews looked good.. The reason why I’m giving this place a bad rating is because my food came out so late. My fiancé already finished eating his food and my dish never came out.. no one followed up to check on us and we had to ask if it was still coming. Even after we asked it took another 5-10 minutes for it to come. My dish was ok, but my rice was already cold from sitting here since they brought it out with my fiancés order. When we told them, they took it back but you can tell it was just microwaved. No one apologized for the delay. I literally lost of my appetite because of this. Won’t be coming back here again. I’m a 100% sure there are better Thai places around Da Nang that are better food...

Many restaurants in this mall offer barbecue or buffet, so if you want an ala carte restaurant, I recommend thisThai resto. Food is good with nice portions. Rich with many ingredients. Pineapple fried rice got its taste from many components such as carrots, paprika, onions, enoki mushroom, cashews, cauliflower, broccoli and raisins. But the king is hot spicy pork soup. I chose the small portions, but I got plenty of meat and they are tender. Closed with dessert of mango sticky rice with ice cream and hibiscus tea with aloe vera. Love it so much. Their service is also great. Friendly and fast serving. Plus there are many power outlets, so you can charge your gadget while you eat.
