Highlands Coffee — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Located just inside the Main Entrance doors to Vincom Plaza. Probably the worst location of all the Da Nang Highland franchises, there is no outside seating and the inside seating is extremely limited during evening hours. The location adjacent to the mall's glass doors sucks in the heat from the outside and the wraparound exterior glass makes it even worse, the staff try to place a few fans during the summer months but it doesnt help much. The Staff is helpfull and friendly as expected, and the coffee and pasties are at least as good as the other franchises; I try to avoid this location as it just suffers from an overwhelming number of mall customers, and a poor decision by management leasing next to the entrance doors instead of the Vincom mall food court. If you must have a Highlands Coffee at Vincom, buy one to to go and move to the cooler interior...

Horrible place. My family and I sat down at an empty table to have coffee after one of the waitresses wiped the table down for us. We were then shouted at and finger-pointed by a Vietnamese family to leave our table, claiming they had sat there for a long time when it was clearly empty when we sat down. Specifically, they said that because we're NOT Vietnamese, we can't sit here and yelled at us to leave now. Staff here did NOTHING to resolve the problem and just stood there watching.Thankfully another family that sat beside...

Actually it has been announced the best coffee shop brands in the country. Which may accept for some people but not all as per many other coffee shops in town are offering good combination of coffee as well.

Product: Nothing special in common just normal coffee ☕️ shop inside the mall. We actually would like to try on the 1st day if arrival but we decided to try other first before end up with this one.

However it generally good 👍 but not outstanding. For this branch here. May be the other will be good. Am not sure....
