The hotel is looking oké and some staff are friendly, but please be warned when you decide to stay at this hotel! Please check the towels, the sheets and the pillowcases first when you enter your room. When you see stains on it, go to the reception immediatly and let them know because otherwise they will blame you for the stains and you have to pay for it.
It happened to us sadly. We went on a tour in the morning and when we came back to the hotel, they showed us a pillowcase and a towel that came out of our room with stains on it. The stains on the towel was truly our fault so we didn’t mind paying for it. The stains on the pillowcase on the other hand was not ours. The stains were orange/bronze colour-ish. To us it looked like foundation, but none of us wears make-up and especially NOT foundation. I told that to the lady (I think she was the manager)and right after that, she blamed it on our hair. She said it’s because we dyed our hair. I did not dye my hair and my sister has only BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. It is NOT possible that her hair would give such orange/bronze colour-ish stains. Beside that, we have been in Vietnam for 2 weeks and have been to many hotels already and we had no stains like that before.
We had to pay 100.000 dong for the towel and 120.000 dong for the pillowcase. After we payed it, we went to our room to check all the pillowcases and found many more stains on it. Just to prove that their cleaned pillowcases are not that clean as they think. Also one of the new pillowcases had the same stains (but less) like the one we had to pay for, so we went back to the reception to show them it had the same stains, so it couldn’t be from us but they denied it and told us it wasn’t the same stains.
And also another thing. My sister asked for extra towels and they told us they would bring it, but they never did and the day after, the manager blamed us for having 4 towels and wanting them back and we told her that we only have 2 towels because they didn’t brought us the extra towels but she did not believe us!?!? After the long discussion, luckily there was someone of the staff who confirmed we didn’t get extra towels. So she apologize, but still… it’s scandalous that they don’t believe their guests. So for me, I would not go...
Read moreGreat hotels but too many rules to apply by. It is like they’re nitpicking at every little things. They need to relax and let the guess be a bit more comfortable. I like it here, but I didn’t love it. I shouldn’t feel like I have to be under so many rules. Appreciated the staffs by a tons, they’re all are so nice and so helpful, but their management got to chill and ease up on many things. Love that the location of this place is by the beach, it is a 5 min walk away. In the hotel they have the sauna you can use right the way, plus the complimentary breakfast is included. The aunty chef who made us breakfast is super amazing, and legit made some of the best Vietnamese home foods. Love her and her foods by a tons and the staff is so amazing. Another weird thing is supposedly you can’t use the kitchen, but I appreciated that they let me borrowed some of the kitchen bowl and such, but I don’t get why you can’t use the kitchen to heat up some foods. I don’t want to hear up foods in my room because it will smelt the whole room. Overall : great hotel, good foods, good services, but management got to relax. The Vibes are mid, I wish I could say it was top tiers but vibes aren’t matching up. I can’t explain throughly on what I meant of the vibes but when you decided to stay here you’ll know what I meant. Will I come back again? Possibly not.
Another thing I’ll like to mentioned is my buddy lost an umbrella, the nice thing they could have done is said it was okay they can cover for the guest. We stayed there for 3 rooms and two are the garden views and one regular for like 5-6 nights. They should take that into a consideration, but no they straight up ask him for 500.000 vnd for a broken umbrella. Umbrella doesn’t run up cost for that price in Vietnam. Especially the one they had...
Read moreI will start my review from positive thing as in general it’s the most weird hotel atmosphere where I have been 🙄😅🤭🤭
First of all I would like say thanks for quick response from the receptionist, second it’s concierge..awesome,always ready to help I booked 2 nights, when i arrived my impression was so good, great people around who were ready to help anytime, room is amazing ,very comfortable bed ,pillows, fresh and clean, unfortunately view not like in photo ,there is no view from balcony, maybe a bit higher than you can see something, but not sure as it’s not high building Anyway… Now negative things which surprised me …pool next to entrance and not deep,it looks like a decoration, not useful,2 bike on the roof which old ,they called it fitness center 🤭😅 The sink is outside of the bathroom, which was hidden from pictures what they post in agoda ,shower also a bit problematic as all water directly goes out everywhere in bathroom
Second and the most weird…when you go breakfast it’s very small and poor ,they can prepare omelette which micro portion and checking you what and how much you eat, also employees can eat in the same time with guests,I didn’t see anywhere that employees are allowed, not professional 🙃of course in the end they are human ,but they have to follow policies at least let guests finish their breakfast:) And last thing…the most dangerous housekeeping opened our door without knocking the door by their card ,even we put sign to not disturb Also last day When I was about to check out,20 minutes before..she was standing next to my door and was waiting when I finally leave 😅 Looks like family business homestay ,but not a professional hotel
I don’t know, maybe it’s new and they are not knowledgeable, but hopefully they will improve their business...
