She opens up bright and early at 6:00 AM and closes by 11:30 AM. The family that own it are super approachable and very friendly - they were happy to show us what the dishes were (only small Vietnamese menu, no prices). Read moreI eat there almost once a day, the owner is very welcoming and proud of her food. It is a classic Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant that gives great food for very little money. The bánh bèo chay Đà Nẵng and mì Quảng chay Đà Nẵng are wonderful. You can't go wrong here. This is my favorite vegan place in town. It's in a quite place across from the market which is nice.
