Kingdom Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

We arrived on the 16 th for 3 nights we booked this place because it had a balcony with doors , we paid more for this particular room , we got there and checked it , the lift was not working , so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs in the baking heat , no help from staff .We got to the room and it was not the room we booked in the photo on trip different room !! I went downstairs to see what’s going on the guy on reception who spoke English when we checked in suddenly could not speak English . He sad wait so we did for 20 mins , then he comes out with an excuse the at air con broken !!! I sad I’ll wait for it to be fixed no problem , 3 days later we are still in a room that we did not book ! It’s bad we would not have booked if no balcony , And we paid more without any compensation,Also the club next door plays music till 3 am daily and a construction site opposite so can’t enjoy any kind of sleep .Not...

Don’t trust this hotel , I hate leaving 1 star reviews but this business needs it ! We booked via trip . Com for a room for 3 days , we arrived and checked in the lift was not working and no help from the staff to carry our stuff for 5 floors in the baking 35 degrees heat !!!! We got to our room and it was not the room we booked !!! No balcony , we went downstairs to speak to the owners , they said the air con is broken on your room , we said ok we will wait for the fix , 3 days later no reply to the room we booked and it was a more expensive room , no compensation, be carefull if booking in advance. here they will give you something that you didn’t pay for !!!! We visited the Kingdom Hotel when passing through Da Nang because we figured it could use some reviews.|First of all they stick to their prices. Although Da Nang was fairly dead, they would not budge on their price of 300,000 vnd/night or offer a free breakfast for this price. Can't blame them for this though, as it is a brand new place.|We decided to stay anyways as we didn't want to go searching for other accommodations in the rain.|The place was also beautiful. Brand new and all around shiny. The room was in this manner too, however it was very small. Also it only had one very small window, creating a very claustrophobic feeling room.|The location is decent being close to the beach but because there is not much around it is overpriced for the area.|Altogether, it was a nice stay in a beautiful hotel but based on the room size, location and price, we wouldn't stay here again. We would however, recommend it for people wanting to spend a couple days in a new hotel...
