Complete disappointment! Compared to your previous location, this is an absolute disaster.
The Wi-Fi? A measly 3-hour limit, and even then, it constantly disconnects, forcing me to reconnect over and over again. A receipt? You have to beg for it like it's some rare privilege. If you don’t remind them multiple times, you just won’t get the code.
The checkout process is a mess! Who do I pay? The girl at the counter to the left of the entrance? The barista at the register? Or am I supposed to sit down and wait for someone to bring me a menu—even when I clearly just want coffee?
Vietnamese coffee is often unavailable! Half the menu is simply not an option, and when you ask, they just shrug and say, “Not today”—end of discussion. But the funniest part? Half an hour later, I see other customers ordering it with no problem at all. Is this some kind of joke?
And don’t get me started on the coffee portions. A tiny cup, half-filled with ice, with barely 50–70 ml of actual coffee. Is this a joke? This isn’t coffee; it’s an insult!
No change for cash payments? And that’s supposed to be normal? Meanwhile, they set their own prices to end in XX9 VND, clearly on purpose. I think it's not normal when you don't get change. It's stealing on the part of the cafe.
The air conditioning simply doesn’t work! It’s unbearably hot inside—absolutely suffocating!
I used to be a loyal customer, but this is where it ends. I’m done. Sorry, but this café no longer...
Read moreIt took an incredibly long time to bring us a menu with proper dishes. When it comes to the price-to-quality ratio, it is unbelievably low. The dishes are extremely expensive, yet the portions are small and, to put it mildly, far from outstanding in taste.
For example, I ordered a steak for 275,000 VND. Imagine that — it tasted like it was made from some old meat (probably pork) that had been sitting around for ages. They simply reheated it in a microwave and sliced it for me.
Additionally, I ordered a barbecue steak. What I received was a steak with some kind of red sauce on it. Suspicious, I asked the waiter if it was really barbecue. He assured me it was. However, upon tasting it, it turned out that the sauce was nowhere near barbecue. It was one of those cheap Vietnamese sweet chili sauces.
Moreover, the meat did not come with any proper side dish. On the plate were a few lone vegetables: a small piece of broccoli, a tiny carrot, and some other scraps. It felt like they were trying to emphasize the meat's flavor — but there was none to speak of.
Disgusting, horrible, and I absolutely do not recommend ordering or eating anything here. Exorbitant prices with atrociously low quality. Avoid...
Read moreI don’t recommend this place. The service is careless and completely disrespectful to customers. The male waiter made me pay before even getting my order, which already felt wrong. Then I waited too long for something as simple as a banh mi and coffee.
When the coffee finally came, it was wrong — not once, but twice. First it was black coffee, then a sweet one with condensed milk, even though I clearly asked for coffee with milk. When I explained the difference, the waiter acted like he didn’t understand the difference.
He didn’t fix the mistake or offer a new one, although I told him that I dont drink sweet coffee. He just left it as it was until I left the place - without drinking coffee and felt disappointed.
This was already my second time here when I left with the same feeling — like I’m paying for something that doesn’t meet even the simplest standards. It’s not about one bad coffee, it’s about the attitude. They simply don’t care about their guests. There are many better places nearby — I’d suggest going...
