SENSEN — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

We wanted to order two combo lunch deals which both include a drink and a fruit juice. However (for unknown reasons) one of the combos could only be made with a soda the waitress informed us( Even though it says fruit juice on the menu ) When my spring rolls arrived they were missing shrimp( again on the menu it is included with shrimp). I then asked the waitress who just brushed it off. In the end we thought we might have gotten a small discount for missing out on the shrimp ( especially since we already agreed on paying a higher price for the combo) but none of this was offered and the waitress wanted to take money from my wallet to help me out. I know this might be cultural but I felt uncomfortable with this action.

Over and all food is okay but due to being scammed I would of course not recommend this and...

I'm a little confused about all the positive reviews for this place. I've been twice and both times was sat at a dirty table and had to procure utensils, napkins and condiments from other tables AFTER receiving my food and twiddling my thumbs for a couple minutes. Both times were not busy - half the tables were available.

Tried the pho and bun bo hue. Both were flavorless and lacking. The bun bo hue was especially disappointing because the broth had no color and the meat was chewy and scant.

Cannot recommend this restaurant at all. Only giving it an extra star for location and convenience, and they are open late so if you've been drinking and your standards are low...

It was late and everywhere was closing. I knew it was a mistake. My veggie (tofu) bahn mi was ok but my husband's meat dish came with what looked like raw meatballs. There were 8 chips with it which looked like they were from the day before and reheated about 6 times. We used Google translate to say that the chips were really bad and she replied that they were fresh and really delicious- we couldn't believe it. We thought she was joking but she then just scuttled off. Young servers who look too scared to approach the table to even speak to you. Dirty floor. Give it...
