Nestled in the heart of downtown, The Rustic Table offers an unforgettable dining experience that combines fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the tantalizing aroma of herbs and spices wafting from the open kitchen.
Ambiance: The decor is a charming blend of rustic and modern elements, featuring reclaimed wood, soft lighting, and comfortable seating. The ambient music sets a relaxed tone, making it an ideal spot for both romantic dinners and family gatherings.
Service: The staff at The Rustic Table is exceptional—attentive yet unobtrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring we felt valued throughout our meal.
Food: The menu is a delightful showcase of seasonal dishes, with a focus on farm-to-table principles. We started with the roasted beet salad, which was vibrant and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tang. For the main course, I ordered the herb-crusted salmon, cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender, flaky fish. It was served with a side of quinoa and seasonal vegetables that were both fresh and beautifully presented.
The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert—a decadent chocolate lava cake that oozed rich chocolate upon the first bite, paired with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
Overall Experience: The Rustic Table exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the food to the service to the ambiance. It's clear that the team is passionate about providing a memorable dining experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this restaurant is a...
Read moreFrom my personal experience, this is the worst Indian restaurant in Vietnam... No service at all even after reserving table with set menu through our tour guide and paying fully before reaching the resturant.. worst experience...worst food taste..worst quantity...
They didn't even serve us plates and started serving food after 30 mins of waiting which makes no sense as the whole idea of opting for a set menu is to save time.. They didn't provide all items in the menu as they promised...they didn't serve any drinking water even after 20 minutes of serving food ... We were completely exhausted and requested to lowet the AC... but it seems their ACs don't work well to serve all tables, which is not at all acceptable, they didn't offer to change the seats although many tables were vacant and forced 7 persons to seat in a 6 persons' table. They didn't provide any food to our tour guide which is customary (for set menu booking) in all indian resturants that I have visited in vietnam..also in indian restaurants in vietnam, in set menu, they serve foods with repeat of at least the curbs. Waiters come and politely ask if we need anything, but to our surprise here you have to beg for your food even after paying fully for it.
I recommend tourists to not opt for this resturant.... We have visited many resturants in vietnam and in danang city as well... we received very good hospitality everywhere.
P.S. don't go for their google review, it all seems fake as they didn't care after I raised my voice at the resturant....
Also they cook all items in south indian style and name it in north indian way..so don't be fooled by the recipe names as they may not suit your north...
Read moreWe visited Indus Indian Restaurant during our stay in Da Nang, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the variety they probably have the most extensive Indian food spread in the city, offering a mix of both North and South Indian classics, and a lot of options you don’t usually find outside of India. We tried the pav bhaji, paneer tikka, onion uthappa, and seekh kebab, and each dish had its own personality and flavour profile. The pav bhaji was rich, buttery, and perfectly spiced it instantly transported us to Mumbai. The onion uthappa was another standout for me crispy on the edges, soft inside, generously topped with golden onions, and paired with delicious chutneys. The paneer tikka was well-marinated, smoky, and tender, while the seekh kebabs were full of flavour with just the right kick of spice. What made the meal even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the staff they were incredibly sweet and attentive throughout. The place itself is welcoming, with a clean, modern setup that still carries subtle Indian touches. If you’re craving Indian food while in Da Nang or just looking to try something beyond the usual this place is absolutely worth a visit. The food felt like comfort, but with finesse, and we left already planning...
