GoGi House — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

First time trying Korean BBQ 🇰🇷— and Gogi House made it unforgettable.

I visited the Gogi House in Da Nang for my first-ever Korean BBQ experience, and it blew me away. I ordered the Combo Tenderloin + USDA Wang-Galbi set and a few extra meats — the quality was excellent, and everything was incredibly flavorful.

The staff were so kind and attentive, especially one woman named Mỹ Hằng, who went out of her way to help me grill the meats perfectly. Even though I asked for cheese separately (which wasn’t included), she brought it with a smile — and later, when I couldn’t finish the food, they kindly packed everything up for me without hesitation.

Food quality is average But 1 Star is for management! We asked for cups 5 times, no cups We asked for napkins, employees looked at each others smirking and no napkins. I had to go to the front where they store napkins to ask for those 1 more time. They took away the ipad twice while we were still eating and ordering Utensils werenot available, I had to go to 5 different tables to look for spoons. Food came out in snail speed, some didn’t come out till we’re almost done. Empty plates weren’t taken away, we had to put them away ourselves. Disappointing. We chose the buffet option for 389k dong, which doesn't include the seafood. The beef steak was part brown and red when it arrived. It was terrible quality and so chewy. The thinly sliced meats were better. As other reviews have pointed out, they will constantly change your grill plate and move the meat over. It means it takes ages for it to heat back up, and the meat stews away rather than sear. Customer service was slow, and we had to ask numerous times for basic things like tongs to grill the meat, ladle, and bowls for the hotpot, cups when we ordered the bottle of tea.
