The brunch menu has too few options, mostly eggs. Therefore, we ordered only 2 black coffees, 1 coco smoothie and 1 pancake. The pancake and the smoothie was too sweet for my taste, even though I already asked for no condensed milk. The most important thing is my partner and I felt sick after eating that. 3h has passed and we still feel nauseated. Honestly, I can’t understand how the food we ordered could go bad but it probably did somehow.
Replied to the business' response: appreciate you taking your time to investigate. A few things I want to clarify: I added honey to the plain piece of pancake since I was thinking it's such a waste. However, in the end, most of the honey was left. I forgot to mention that the pancake was quite dense also. One more reason I wasn't satisfied with this simple meal. I still finished the pancake since that shouldn't be the reason to waste food. When I said the pancake and the smoothie was sweet, maybe the combination wasn't ideal for me. The pancake had mango, banana, dragon fruit, cream and honey, if memory serves me right. I can't imagine having all that (or even a little more honey), that's too sweet. The smoothie was too sugary for me, and I was wondering if the milk had sugar but I wasn't sure. But what I meant is to each his own, just too much to my liking, maybe not other's. My partner tried a very small part in the beginning and shared half of the smoothie. He didn't order since what he wanted would be available only after 12pm. We both think it's sth to do with the cream, or maybe something in the smoothie. For the record, his stomach was still queasy until he went to sleep. Mine settled down a little after we got lunch 3h later. We felt better this morning already, also we are leaving Da Nang today so we won't contact you for hospital checkup. Thanks for...

My friend and I, visiting from the US, found Voi’s on Google as a highly reviewed spot for breakfast. And the crowds are correct! A very peaceful and cozy place to start one’s day.
I had a hot cappuccino with nut milk and my friend ordered a Vietnamese coffee. We both agreed these were some of the best coffee sips we’ve enjoyed during our time in this country - and we’ve ordered a lot of coffee across the cities!
Our egg breakfasts were hearty, fresh, and balanced. The eggs were scrambled and fried perfectly in each of our dishes and the salads were clearly directly from a garden.
The staff is SO friendly. Everyone smiled so brightly and genuinely as they hosted us. Truly, with each person, it felt like they offered us a personalized gift of a smile.
I accidentally knocked over a tiny vase and shattered it from our table. I was horrified. Despite feeling humiliated, they didn’t make a big deal of it at all. They were so grace-filled in pardoning my mistake. I insisted on paying for it, but I think they would not have charged me had I not been so firm in my decision to cover the loss of their decoration on my error.
We both had a fantastic morning, relaxing among the lush and open-air patio. And we’d recommend Voi’s to any visitor - for excellent food, friendly and joy-filled service, and a calm, colorful...
