We are big food lovers that have been coming to Vietnam since 2009. This is without doubt one of my favorite dishes we have had in all of our travels. We had it every day during our 4 night stay in Dalat. This version of bánh cuốn has grilled lemongrass pork, which is very unique and really takes the dish to another level. This is the 4th generation of this family that has been making the dish since the 1980s. She has been making the dish since she was 13 years old. We found this spot by chance last year while looking for a quick meal near our Airbnb—and we knew we couldn’t miss it again this year. This restaurant is a hidden gem as it is very local. There are limited seats so it is recommended to come here when it isn't too crowded.

We decided to order one of every dish and every one of them was delicious. The meat was tender, juicy and succulent. It paired nicely with the noodles, giving it a nice and balanced taste. The greens were fresh and cleansed the greasiness of the meat.
