Dalat Lotteria — Restaurant in Da Lat City

Avoid this restaurant, even if you are Korean. No service (completely lack etiquette and manners), average food. Cold-faced manager, inexperienced staff, any other food booth in the next door night market is far better than this. Except occupied a great location, nothing good about this restaurant, can't believe this is one of the large franchise that focusing on local and Korean visitors, I don't think they ever expect anyone come back. This restaurant is just at the entrance to Dalat's night market in the big place. It offers a varied menu for chicken lovers. Pieces in 4 different kinds and tastes ( cheese, bbq, korean, etc) or many kinds of chicken burgers. The service is fast when it's not very crowded . You can sit inside, upstairs or outside to enjoy the view, the prices are ok and the food is tasty. I recommend this address if you want something else other than local food. The place is cleam. This was our first time at Lotteria. After ordering a menu, we were not asked what we would like to drink. We thought that they would still ask afterwards, but when they called our number, there already were two pepsi cokes on our tablet. I asked if they could change it, since we didn't order cokes, but they declined. Bad service. Maybe the workers need a briefing on how to take orders again.
